Quality of Non-Aviation services provided to passengers²⁰

Non-aviation services provided to passengers in 2017 also brought extremely positive results, achieving targets in almost all cases.

The perception expressed by passengers concerning their personal safety level and the hand baggage control service is overall very strong both at Malpensa and Linate. At this latter airport, in addition to the availability of a “fast track” lane dedicated to VIP customers and “facilitators” (personnel who provide passenger support at the security lanes), a dedicated lane is available for passengers on the Milan-Rome route.
