Two statutory auditors are included by law: one of which as Chairman of the Board appointed by the Treasury Ministry and the other by the Ministry for Infrastructure and Transport. The appointment of the remaining three statutory auditors and the two alternate auditors takes place through the slate voting system, presented by shareholders with holdings of at least 20%.
